Parking and access are very good; not crowded and little waiting. But I didn’t feel welcomed, as if they were doing me a favor.

You arrive at a bank or rather at a PB branch, where the service is always hostile, you say good afternoon and they do not answer you, you stop at the drive and 5 minutes may pass and no one attends you, until you have to ring the bell like 3 times and then they leave you waiting more than 10 minutes and the cashier talking on the phone and a single person attending. How far they are from good service at this branch.
