not even 1 starnworse branch ever, very incompetent, not customer services at allnthere is a teller there name Joan she always take forever and when u call manager to complaint manager does not show up, everybody else since to ignored you, left bank bc been there for more than one hour with no help at all and trying to call 6 times and no one answer the phonenthis is the 3rd time happened to me w same teller at this location 8201 NW 36th streetnevery other branch in Doral are very helpful beside this one
