This bank is big and have a good customer service that all, except for Ana Santana. She is not bringing a nice service and a nice actitud with the customers. Maybe the bank needs to evaluate that person in particular, she just need some training in how important could be a good revie, and a nicely talk management.nBut at the end, BB&T it's a good bank

Never have had issues with this bank, but I only use th ATM service at bbt.

Terrible service. They make you wait 1 hour because they never have staff available to help you. And after waiting they just apologize because they can't help you. Terrible white, not worth it with so many good banks around
