Only 2 tellers and with the drive thru closed it becomes a minimun of 45 minutes l for the simpler of transactions and there are always 2 or 3 people standing around chit chatting. Ridiculous!
I wish I could give them 0 stars...I know they try their best at this location...but still for one good employee, they have other 3 that are really bad doing their job. Don’t waste your time coming to this location and/or bank in general.

8 employees. 7 standing around. 1 person at counter. Dozen people in line. 35 minute wait time. No wonder BoA is hated.
THE WORSE BANK EVER! Waiting time is over 40 minutes, even when not busy... because for some forsaken reason, they think is more important to have up to 3 hostesses to direct traffic, than to hire more tellers - which by the way I have never seen more than one in the front and one in the drive-thru. Avoid going to this branch if you can. It reeks of the poorest management and customer service skills.
