Worst experience ever had from a Bank:n1 hour and 45 minutes for a simple domestic wire transfer. Just had one person in front of me, and the tellers weren’t able to process the only two open drive through lanes.n(No sign on the third one being out of order)nWhen my turn come I was told tonMove to the parking lot.nThen I was recalled on line to sign, and told that my signature did not match the previous ones.nAlso, when I was given the final copy of the document, the teller forgot to give me back my ID and card, and I had to go back.nTeller/manager assisting: Yanet M Cardenas.nI am questioning if new tellers with no experience are supervised.
