Ok, Citibank still have very good people working for them, I was stressed out because I had an with my account, with money locked there since December, more than 10 phone calls and no one helping me, but there is always someone with a very good mood and also very good at work, and that person is Rita Cabrera, fast, skillful and nice, thank you again Rita for being so helpful and so nice.
Terrible costumer service. I am seriously considering taking my business to another bank after the horrible experience I had with them.
Poor customer servicenThey have a curly mrs up front sitting at the first office when you come in, she’s rud she doesn’t know anything about customer service she ahould stay home with out a job. First of all Learn how to deal with customers. O stars for this branch because of her I hope they take her out of this branch
WORST BANK EVER, I went there to open a business account and after one week... ONE WEEK they told me that ''the person who is in charge of opening our account is on vacation''. clearly, they have no interest in helping the customers... I've been a customer since 2012 and I never had an experience like this before.
