Customer service is horrible, they have over 5 employees and only 1 teller. When ask for help they give attitude and seem to be in a rush.
I opened my business account with Angelica Seiplax, she ir very nice, kind and very helpfully! I recommend 100%
I came here to leave my review about this branch but never mind , just read what other people said lol
They are understaffed and preffer to have customers waiting in line in this pandemic rather than have more than 1 teller working, even thou they have around 10 people working.
The worst Bank of America in the world!!!! 10 to 13 people in line with 1 or 2 people working. If you can go somewhere else, please do. Why is this place still open? Reading the other comments they are all the same. Obviously no one is reading them
