With so many customers coming in and out of the bank you would think they would have the best customer service ever. The tellers are rude and so are the sales reps. It's just horrible service.
Stopped by to exchange bills and they wouldn’t do it because I didn’t have an account there....after waiting in line for 10 minutes. I was looking for a local bank in my area to switch to and I can guarantee that it will NEVER be this one!
This BB&T has the best staff. Always friendly and recognize me. Update: Almost all new staff who appear clueless. Sat in drive thru waiting to be helped while cashier was browsing the internet on their computer! Not happy.
The staff are wonderful. Very quick and knowledgeable.
