I went to this office two weeks ago to update my address change as I had moved to Florida from NY. I told the lady that I signed paperwork in front of it was the only thing I wanted changed. I specifically stated that my Mom, who's been a customer of the bank for close to 19 years, still lived in the address they had on file. Today I got a letter addressed to my Mom at my address saying they've updated her address change. Now I have to waste my time going back to the bank and try to straighten a simple address change out. Absolutely clueless individual that handled this for me.
I got an offer to get a bonus for opening an account with a large deposit. I accepted the offer, read the fine print, performed all the task and months after promo was suppose to deposit it took getting the BBB involved to get the offer. I don't believe they had any intentions on completing their end of the offer.nnMany unreturned calls and a huge waste of time.nnStick with credit unions.
It's a pleasure to do my banking there.
