Extremely rude and arrogant management. Would never shop there again. Over priced clothing with limited fashion. Better off at Nordstrom's.
Smaller store than other locations in the chain but offers many of the same higher quality fashions for the professional woman. (Quality is slipping of late - dresses and pants not lined, other corners cut. Still, better quality than most retailers.) Nice also to have colors other than black.nnStaff scurries to make your shopping easy and seamless from entrance to exit.
I was looking for the perfect white long sleeve t shirt all day. After hitting Fremont, Queen Anne, and even a trip to Target, I found myself in the village picking up an accessory for my laptop. Stoped in about a zillion stores and then....nnThe staff were so sweet and helpful. They dug in the back and found what I had been looking for all day. Not too thin, long sleeves, fit good. They gave me a sale price, which was unexpected and very gracious.nnMy only regret is I did not buy two. It was a long journey that day for a white long sleeve not too thin t shivery. Thank you to the nice people at Ann Taylor!
I found the staff was disrespectful, judging. I lost my interest to shop. Returned stuffs and left
The clothing is very expensive, even on sale, however the place looks great and has an interesting theme to it. If you're looking for high quality, fashionable clothing this is one of the shops for it.
