Decent variety of shoes, however, the store itself feels a little cramped.
The cashier is very very rude she didn’t even say hi when we walk in bad customer service, am not going back there again
Horrible customer service. Sales people clearly not interested in selling shoes. Had to leave after 15 mins to find the same shoes in another store. Foot Locker has a great selection of items but needs better employees to sell it
2/15 5:30 pm Ordered online with store pickup. Went in, 5 salespeople standing around talking to each other. One helping a customer. Had to interrupt them to ask for my order. Sat for 15 minutes while one guy looked around. Finally located the shoes. No customer service skills, sense of urgency or energy. Will do zappos next time.
