Bought 4 pairs of shoes from here! Super satisfied! Would definitely recommend.

It's nice to try them on in-store. The help there wasn't exactly fourth, but when prompted was decent. Some may prefer the standoffish approach rather than trying to sell you everything. Nicely done store aesthetically, prices may be different through other avenues

If you don’t want to be acknowledged and have 1 hours to wait for somebody to attend you this is a great place to find shoes. If not go to Nordstrom’s.

I was very excited to wear my new shoes and tried them out after purchase by walking around the mall. Unfortunately the shoes started to dig into my ankle uncomfortably.nnI attempted to return them but since I had worn them outside the store, they would not accept them back, something they had not warned me about prior to purchase. I haven't seen a store more strict with their return policy.nnIt's unfortunate that I'm going to have to avoid Timberland in the future.

Good service and some nice items on sale.
