This location is impossible to deal with right now. One day I show up and they won’t let anyone in. Then I call to see if they will be open today and they say yes but one customer at a time. I drive over (20 minutes away) and they have no tellers available because they are on lunch break. Why even be open? It’s impossible to do simple banking tasks right now. Might as well close up.
I stood in the line for a teller for over 20 minutes no one even seemed to be working the tellers and I wasn't even acknowledged. They acknowledges the person that walked in after me.!!! This location has horrible customer service.!!!!!
BBT great location . right near the landing . Rose is one of the sweetest most helpful people i have ever met . She saved me a huge amount of time and running around . Rose is a employee anyone would love to have and hasn't forgotten what customer service is . This woman should be running this bank . Thank you BBT for your service most of all thank you Rose for knowing time is precious and customer service is where it all begins .
