I placed an order for about 180.00. over a month ago! I was led to believe the fish was in stock. and was told the fish wold be in my tank by friday that was a month ago. I read a review from someone else where they responded that you are not charged until the fish ships well that is BS they charged me and I am waiting and waiting, They only emailed back once and said they did not have the fish. i asked for a full refund and noone responds and still no fish.

I placed an order on 1 April 2020 for approximately $180. On 7 April I sent a follow up to see if there was a delivery estimate and recieved a prompt response indicating that COVID 19 was having an impact to staff so the order would be another 2-3 weeks. Since that email I have received no further communication even though I have sent 2 more emails simply asking for an update. No order received and no communication as to why. If the owner chooses to respond to this posting please keep in mind I have all of my emails and confirmation of order so you can't claim I never ordered from you.

Promised 1-4 days delivery on rocks. Called after 10 days and left a message. No response even though their website claims they will call you back. 2 days later, called again and got an answer. The rep said he thinks my rocks were on backorder, but wasn’t sure, thought they would ship out “today “ but wasn’t sure. Called 3 days later, no answer. I suggest you stay away from this company.

I bought about $370 worth of stuff from them. Got free shipping. Didn’t think I was going to get my order, but I did. It took longer than I thought it should have, about 2 months, but the sizes of the items where better than what I had asked for because of the delay. I feel that I got hooked up because of the time it took. Gave me a couple of extra corals to make up the time it took. All the corals and fish I received where in good shape and all lived. The owner called me personally and helped me with my order. If I ever need a large order for my tank, I will be returning.

This place will RIP YOU OFF and TAKE YOUR MONEY! We ordered from them in Feb, and still have not received anything! They won't return calls or emails! Do research before ordering from them, trust me, my story is no unique! I am not sure how this company is still in business at all! Owner should be in jail!
