Came in to return some rock with my 5 year old daughter that we got for her aquarium, when we walked in a few people were in line and we also wanted to take a quick look at the fish in the store. When we returned less then 5 minutes later to the front counter to return our rock we purchased last week the store manager Kevin somehow accused me of coming in, taking the rock off the shelf and trying to return it to him (mind you he is holding my receipt from last week) I told him you have my receipt from last week, it’s also an $8 bag of rock why would I steal such a thing? He said because I didn’t come straight to him with my product that I took it off the shelf and returned it for money. I told him to check his cameras and learn some customer service while doing so. I will not be back to any pet supermarket establishment after such an experience.
Best place in Melbourne to buy pet supplies. Great prices. Friendly service.
Has everything pet owners could reasonably need. Good reward program for frequent purchasers.
This place has great customer service & great selection of pet food also. I love shopping here and I never know what goodies I get to take home to my pets. Recommend highly.
Much nicer than the palm bay location. This manager knows how to run & display his operation. Wish. I lived closer.
