This bank is now the worst this manager Kerviens and Shimpson don't have a clue of what they're doing.10 years banking with BoA,I've never seen anything like this.it's a shame.
This location is operating well below the standard that I have become accustomed to from BOA. There is long line, no machine to do Deposit to other person account and not even a dropbox for check. I do not have time to waste in lines. Please improve the service at this location
