I went in today looking for dog treats that I usually purchase there. I didn’t see them so I asked if they were out. The woman at the counter was not very friendly and asked me to show her what I was looking for. I am confused as to how I could show her if I was having trouble finding them. Another employee came to help me and confirmed that they were indeed out of stock and showed me a similar item. I followed her to the cash register to pay for them and the previous employee blocked my ability to do so. She decided to stand there to give a dog treats, but she continued to stand there, blocking my ability to pay while she continued with the treats and training. A third employee began to pay attention to the dog. There were three employees in the store and only two customer. It is great that you love dogs, but shouldn’t at least one of the three employees have tried to help me? You have en entire store. Why block access to the cash register?

The employees are always helpful, whether looking for special food for an elderly cat, or trying out different styles/types of wet food for new cats. Most of my cat's favorite toys are from Mud Bay, and I have fun picking out a new toy each time I visit (every ~2-3 months for more cat food). Shelby the hemp mouse is especially popular with my cats.nnThey are careful about spacing and have hand sanitizer at the entrance and at the socially distanced payment stations. I have felt comfortable with their precautions and behavior each time I have visited since the covid situation started.

Love Mud Bay in the U village, such friendly staff and a great range of products, it's my go to store for my 3 dogs supplies!

I ONLY come here to shop for my cat. The people at this store are so nice and helpful that it blows my mind every single time. Thank y’all for everything that you do for your customers and their fur babies!
