Very diligent about covid safety precautions. Nice staff.
They are super helpful. Great selection of food. And above all else the prices were so reasonable- I was shocked! They also give out a lot of samples so you can let your pup try the food before you buy a whole bag. Their return policy is amazing and any not eaten returned product gets donated to a shelter.nnThey also have a huge selection of freeze dried treats and durable stuffed animals!nnMy little corgi loved the compact rawhide bone they recommend for him, he's been chewing it for two hours straight!
I work in Kirkland Urban and was so excited to have a Mud Bay so close by. My shiba has been having some issues with allergies and isn’t super thrilled about his prescription dog food. I went in looking for suggestions on products to make his food more appetizing without compromising his allergies. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable in their suggestions. They sampled me a few canned food with really great ingredients and he LOOOOOOVES it.
Awesome selections, and a great and super helpful staff. Staff is always willing, ready, and able to answer any questions that I have and provide great product suggestions.
