Poor poor poor poor!!! Never again will I shop at this location. Their customer service was beyond terrible. I purchased something online AFTER calling and asking was it in stock. I asked to pay over the phone because I needed it bad but they told me no, understood. I get there and my item is currently being sold to someone else in my face although I paid for it already. I was told the item was in stock and then was told they were unsure and they could just cancel my order if it wasn’t. Excuse me!? So I said ok I’ll wait until they confirm. The item was still available, great. The ending to this trip is what set the transaction off. I was addressed by my name multiple times so more than one person knew why I was there but Mr. Self checkout did not. He asked me to go back to customer service to get checked out after the ladies told me I was good to go. My item weighed over 200lb. I was not. Did not. Would not. He insinuated I was stealing by asking for a receipt although I was carrying the item on a cart leaving after paying for my other items. He refused to assist and insisted I go back to customer service after he touched my phone during a pandemic to confirm my damn order had already been placed. Instead of asking the appropriate question such as had I’d been helped or did I need help he asked me everything about this purchase to verify when, how, who knew I bought it. Moral of the story, if you’re not a Karen expect to be treated with piss poor customer service. And had the nerve to be in the most ethnic part of the city. I’ll be calling corporate as well.

The employee's are great. Some aisles were cluttered. The thing that concern me the most was having 3 police men walking the store as well as the cameras outside.nI felt uncomfortable and worried about the safety the whole time.nAgain the employee's were very helpful but I will not return because of this.

Another plant rescue, more of the same-nnEither the clearance plants don’t have tags on them- and the cashiers are afraid to make a decision, so waiting on the CSM can be fun- or, I lament how they can actually screw up succulents. You can actually neglect them for weeks at a time, and they still have them on a regular basis damaged, rotting, discounted. I think there are maybe a whole four piece points on those plants- I don’t think it’s that hard, and I’m not even getting paid to know this. Anyway, also, properly training seasonal employees is nice, as them regularly shrugging when asked questions doesn’t do in any legitimate business.
