My recycle trash has not been picked up for months, what is the city of Richmond doing. Why are we paying supervisors, staff, if they not doing their job. AND when you call in you get no answer, but a recording advising how many in que, on hold, phone automatic hands up, then when you get through, rude CSR like Angela who believe I was doing the MOST, when advising I should not have to speak to an supervisor you should relay the message this is a courtesy call. Next time I'm going to ride around take pictures etc. of the City of Richmond Recycle department not doing their job. TRY ME. You guys are just as responsible for making sure staff are doing their jobs. Instead you got ppl like Angela who taking this personal, when the issue is not about her attitude, its about a CLEAN RICHMOND!!!

Went to get mulch as listed on the website- they don't have mulch any more. They haven't in 2 years but haven't updated the website.
