I went today, around 1pm. There was nobody available to help me. The sales person for men's shoes send me to the cashier, who was helping somebody on the phone.nNot worse than 3 stars, because I truly appreciate the sign in the door, that everybody has to cover nose and mouth with the mask, if they want to enter.
I was one of about 3 shoppers in the store on this rainy day. One employee acknowledged me but didn't offer help. Then, as I was holding a pair of $150 shoes considering trying them on, another employee walked up. I told her I was looking for some new athletic shoes. She didn't offer to help me with the ones I was looking at, but suggested I look in the backroom...where there were no athletic shoes. Perhaps my jeans and rain jacket weren't up to their standards. I'll never go back.
The staff were really friendly and helpful but the collection of shoes is not great. Also, there seems to be a problem with the lighting. Of course, I entered the premise near the closing time.
Fewer folks, less crowds. My family has shopped here for years. Good service.
The associates were not very friendly -kinda matter of fact. I felt like they could care less that I was in the store. I even bought $125 pair of boots. Started to leave empty handed. Only bought the boots because they fit & i liked them.
