Randy is extremely knowledgeable and professional, helping me with setting up a rewards membership along with my purchase as well as getting me set up with a protection plan for my newly purchased merchandise! Copy center personnel try their level best, but lack the proper training to run this challenging department. When copy quality matters, go to OfficeMax at Greenbrier in Chesapeake!
Worst customer service in my life. Just left OfficeMax at Janaf. I ask employee there to help me with fax 4 times. He ask he if I could read. I was so up set leaving there. This OfficeMax deserve no stars.He was standing there doing nothing.
I was charged $4.68 plus tax to fax 2 pages to an out of state number. Ridiculous. I had no choice but to use the service. Never again. What a rip off!
Robin, the store associate, went above and beyond to help me at closing time. She was knowledgeable about her products and was so helpful in locating exactly what I needed.
