I want to buy everything you guys have in my size, but since I cannot...I'll keep checking for those awesome deals this location has. I hit a great sale this past Christmas and saved almost 200. The young lady who assisted us was polite and seemed determined to make sure I got the best for my buck. I love Vans.
The greeter noticed my 8 year old's Simpson Vans as soon as we walked in. She commented on how cool they are. That made my daughter's day. They had what we were looking for and it was even on sale.
Good customer service I had alot of help finding shoes with good deals.
All the workers were friendly and helpful! They let us know as we walked in that they were having some computer /register issues they were working on and that there could be a delay. They apologized when we were ready, that they were still trying to fix it. The other employees that were not helping others were chatting with our kids trying to help entertain them while we waited. It was not their fault that they were having tech difficulties but they were very apologetic and thankful to us for our understanding and business. Well trained in customer service!!
Prices are AWESOME and service was EXCELLENT
