Hello I am a customer that came into the store to get a new phone and I was in the store with about 3 other people not including the 2 ladies working there and I have to admit they tried their best to make sure everyone had water because that store was well Over 90 degrees . It got to the point where I left and the lady in front of me left I was speaking to the lady out front and she also was going to file a report it is crazy for them to have to work in that condition and have to help people and touch there face to wipe sweat off. They had amazing customer service but the air not working is UNACCEPTABLE.
Great business with employees that know customer service. All are very knowledgeable about their products and can help practically anyone to a phone and service that fits the customer.
