Worst customer service I’ve ever received and willnnever go to this location again. He completely messed up the type of paint. I didn’t even realize until I go back to get a new gallon for the second coat and start painting and it’s not the same color. I did all this painting for absolutely nothing! He never once apologized, but instead blames his huge mistake on me by saying I confused him! Even if I did it’s his fault for not clarifying. All he had to do was say - I’m so sorry for the confusion and misunderstanding and for the giant inconvenience. But no!

The best. I love being able to call in my deck stain orders for my busy pressure washing company. They always have what I need ready for me and are super helpful

Talked to staff about color matching and when I came in they said they could not. I had to do all of the leg work to try and find the colors and they were less than helpful. I am by no means a paint professional but I did a much better job than they did and all I did was use google to get everything I need. At the end of the day I had to go to Lowe’s because I wasted hours trying to get them to put an ounce of care into their work.nHorrendous work ethic and unprofessional.nOh and when I mentioned the paint matching the manager was more concerned with saying she didn’t tell me that rather than fixing the issue or trying to find a resolution. Fact is an employee made a hollow promise, it is now their responsibility to try and find a resolution to it.
