Nice place. With nice flowers.
Unequivocally the worst Kroger I have ever been to, and it's not close. During the busiest times they have maybe two or three checkout lines open, no baggers, but about 25 different employees running around doing online pickup, which apparently they are terrible at as well.nnNever have a full stock of anything, shelves bare, nothing reordered, it is just a true joke of a grocery store. Go to ANY other grocery store or even another Kroger and you will have a better experience. This place is just awful.
As far as grocery stores go it's nothing special. Kroger has a lot of good deals. It's clean and well stocked. I really want to recognize the young man working the register today. I can't remember a time when I've been treated with such courtesy and respect. He went above and beyond his job.
Busiest day of the week and I have been waiting for 30min to check out. Line goes to the back of the store because they are too cheap to hire and staff checkers and packagers. Only 4 check stands plus self check are open. Irresponsible.
I did order pickup for 4-5pm tonight. I got a call saying they were running behind and to come at 5. I came at 5 and was told that because it was raining to come back when the rain ended. I can back an hour later at 6 and waited 40 MINUTES for someone to come out and toss my groceries in my trunk. Wow. Never again.
