Used for basketball jerseys this year. Completely miserable experience. Jerseys back ordered (which does happen with manufacturers, we know this.. But there's other manufacturers), many were incorrect sizes, only half came in on time, second-half arrive with half the season gone. Shorts came late, also sizes incorrectly sent. Owner was rude with my athletic association president in her explanations and offered a less favorable answer to the issues. The positive thing I do have to say is at least the younger kids got free personalized shirts to compensate for the late jerseys. The amount of upset parents that the athletic association has had to explain this issue to isnnot compensated by 15 free shirts.
