the drive thru is extremely slow. no reason for this. over 12 cars backed up and no one moved for over 10 minutes

This branch of Wells Fargo is the worst I’ve had to deal with. Attitudes waiting at window 25 min is bad enough even given the times and situation we are in now but if you go to a different branch you are met with friendly workers. It’s almost to the point of switching banks if this branch is the one I have to go to because of my work I’m usually at the Rivendell location but they are temporary closed

Always messing up transactions and long wait times, Hope drive is the best in my opinion.

The first teller acted as if I was interrupting her when I went in to inquire about opening a business checking account. The service was awful and I am guessing the woman who could hardly be understood must have a been a manager that I spoke with. Complete waste of time and definitely helped me decide to look else where. I would highly suggest proper training for the individuals under your employee.
