The employees are friendly, but the bank is antiquated. I constantly have to go to a branch to reset my account so I can use their app (which is basic, needs modernization). I am so very close to return to Bb&t. They could learn a lot from Bb&t.
After over 20 yrs of dealing with this branch we will no longer be using them.. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. 3 woman bullying customers because they didnt want to cash a check that was good to cash. Rolling your eyes ar customers and saying rude comments. Done with this branch. Senseny road is the worse!!
I only go here to get quarters for laundry but the people are very nice.
This has been the worst bank I’ve had. By far. They aren’t customer savvy and they care about their bottom line far more than their customers.
