What a disaster in this store today 8/8/20. All teenagers laughing. We asked for shoes they said they do not have it. Then other employee found then. Talking about customers. What kind a environment is this to shop. People worker very hard to get a day for shopping and relax and just received rudeness. Horrible i will not shop again in this store and i will not recommend. Please, just go to another foot locker i know you they will give to you a better customer service the one customer really deserve.

I come to this store regularly but today was a disaster. Seemed really helpful attendant was going to get my size and then we keep waiting and waiting and waiting to realize he hopped on register the whole time we were waiting! I told him that it was quiet rude and when I threw the word manager out there he apologized. The manager on duty, older woman, doesn’t have much of the manager skills because she saw us waiting regards to a situation that involves dirtiness on shoes but did not offer to concern herself about the situation where another manager would ask how they can help or what the issues was, she simply try to ignore the situation. The man manager who is there I guess during daytime hours keeps a tight well organized shop, the night time manager allows the store to run amuck.

Shopping experience was good. Was greated by associates. I was also directed to an alternative shoe due to pricing that was actually the shoe I preferred.
