Interlake Medical Center, PLLC

Dr. Garrett Yam has been my doctor for over 5 years now and he has been great to my family. I feel luck to have him watch over my family. He is a good hard working person and stay current with medical info. On a side note if you do go there take a look around and you will notice all the hard working people there. I find that to be special if you ask me. They are getting through 2020 and I hope 2021 is better for them. Thank you for your hard work. Lastly, you can count on Dr. Garrett Yam. He was born to be a doctor in my opinion.

I go this place only for physical check up main reason being their test is exhaustive when compared to other places though some of them like ECG are not covered by insurance. They will ask you to make another office visit if you are even minor issues in the test results and would not reveal the test report until you make the office visit so they can charge you for office visit. They made me visit them and the doctor did not prescribe any medicine or do any other tests. I see all other places following up on physical checkup other phone without any extra charges so I am not going to Interlake Medical Center anymore.

The stuff were not as helpful as they should, they ask you to sign paper without even letting you read them or providing copies. and it is weird how they would charge you if you are late, but when I had to wait for 45min with no sign of doctor, you get nothing. I just left and received a letter saying sorry. I appreciate it, but I wasted that day a precious 45min from my busy schedule dealing with unhelpful stuff. Not recommanded.

I have seen Dr Joseph as my primary doctor for about 20 years. She is great and always allows time to fully discuss any issues.

I visited 3 times. Even after having an appointment I used to wait 1 hour to meet the doctor. Nobody attends the call if you wanna book appointment unless you called several times (you are lucky if the call is picked).
