Four trips to Fed-EX Kinkos to fax documents over to your Bellevue clinic and every time the line was busy endlessly. I have been trying since last week to fax and finally gave up and mailed my documents a week and a half ago with no response. Can't get through to make an appointment when I call and yet I get mailers from you telling me how much you would love to help in our community if needed, doesn't really ring true for some reason.nCalled again today to try and make an appointment and what I got was a girl saying she would send a message over to the Doctor and I never heard a word back.nHow do you make an appointment? Call and stay home all day and hope you will call back? I am a little confused to say the least. I have never had this problem before with UW, in years past, what has changed?nI can call any other doctor anywhere else and make an appointment over the phone no problem. My neurologist suggested I be seen by a specialist he recommended highly that works at the UW Bellevue Clinic, but I can't even get an appointment when I call. I can't even talk to anyone to make an appointment. It's like an endless loop, meanwhile I suffer in pain. Why can't I call and make an appointment anymore? Any advice?nI always had excellent service before but something has changed and not for the good, it's really a shame, you have some great people working there.

The lab has been outstanding in taking care of my husband Wayne Mulholland over these several years. He had a blood draw every three months mostly from “Bobby Bobby” as he calls him. Bobby was always so gentle and calming. He is the most amazing, kind, and caring man. He is truly a gem and valuable employee.nWayne won’t be back for any more blood draws. He’s at home with me and Hospice is helping me care for him here. His days are numbered, but I had to take this opportunity to thank the staff at this lab for such quality care you’ve given Wayne.

I have been going to the UWESC whenever I could avoid going to the main clinic in Seattle. I have nothing but good experience at UWESC. The radiologist technician, Sylvia, that did my recent CT scan was professional and kind, and did her best to put me at ease. She was aware of my previous comments that it was difficult to insert the IV., and thus took extra care. The clinic is cautious and heedful about COVID-19 concerns, requiring masks and social distancing .The previous time I visited I saw the security guy by the check-in desk, but not this time, hopefully because people are more dutiful and considerate.

i called to make an appt and when asked what i need to be seen for i told them i had some discomfort in groin area ,i dont know if its a UTI or what it is,,that is why i am making an appt. they told me to go see my F P to be treated for a UTI,,so i guess i just diagnosed myself .no one asked me how bad it was ,,or how long its been going on or if i had ever been treated for an UTI before ,,,, I am guessing the receptionist went back and told them i have a UTI and someone told her to tell me to go somewhere else ,, I am stunned by there demeanor ,,UNBELIEVABLE !! then at the end of the call they ask :is there anything else i can do for you ,,REALLY !!! what a joke !! HELL YES I AM ANGRY

Substandard care for premium price. They shuffled me out the door with a infection. They couldn't even run one lousy test. They then proceeded to send me a rather enormous bill. I have contested the last bill they sent me, and will be sure to post the results.
