This is a workers community. Most of the tenants stay a few weeks or months while doing work at Suncoke. It is a place where everyone lives together peacefully regardless of race or national origin. It is $466 a month for a single person.
This place is a roach. Nothing clean. Everything dirty. There are better choices...
Don't like being waited for going home; some of us don't like to be bother when were to ourselves. No reception from the digital antenna on the TV.
It's really nice here and everyone is very respectful I would recommend it to anyone
I love it here. This is my home here .I been here almost 2 yrs now .The people's here is good to one another. I wouldn't want to be nowhere else in Grundy. Appalachian Inn is my home .ud83dudc95
