Delicious food, and unique cocktails! I had a strawberry lemon drop and my boyfriend had a Forest Old Fashioned. I liked mine, but I definitely stole more than a few sips of his!nnI also love what they've done with their compensation structure for their waitstaff. This actually helped us decide between visiting RA and another place - show your support with your patronage!

Started out a bit slow... Manager at the front desk doesn't acknowledge us standing here for quite some time. Host/hostess on the phone with back turned FOREVER..eventually turns and apologizes.nFinally seated, we have 3 separate waitstaff come for drink order.. confusing but they're hourly and explain their system and hourly pay.. good idea.. order my made up side salad and they did it, no complaints.. it was outstanding, ( half of a entree size salad). I ordered the pork chop dinner.. pork was a tad over cooked but the baked apples was a lovely and delicious touch.. Cousin ordered the Maui and LOVED it.nOur Server was Matt.. me being a 24 year veteran in the service industry, I have high sometimes ridiculous standards, but Matt was well informed, could hold a conversation, made great suggestions... then again he tell us numerous times he was the LEAD. OVERALL, it was a really good experience. By time dinner was over, the lack of attention entering the restaurant was forgotten.n.... it only takes a quick second to say, I'll be right with you...nWould highly recommend and when back in Lynchburg will hopefully enjoy another lovely dinner.

The Beyond burger was good. Unfortunately, if you are a vegetarian or vegan, that's basically your only choice. Many interesting choices for carnivores.nnDecent beer selection. Nice servers.

They did social distancing very well. All the staff properly masked. The brunch was amazing! And I love that they pay their wait staff a livable wage so the staff are not relying on tips. I will be going back for sure!

I highly recommended the Shrimp and Grits! Best I've had anywhere! Perfect spice blend and a nice portion of shrimp and sausage. A lot of places skimp on the meat. Not here.
