The customer service here is great. On 3/1/21 I was take care of by this young lady with a deep southern accent. She was on a shift with a couple other lady’s that were all in a great mood and made sure I was taken care of. I left happy. Thank you.
The drive-through was extremely slow but when we got up to receive our food the lady that was handing us our food was absolutely a delight she was very polite and was definitely a people person! So whoever she was thank you for making our night that night I wish all of the fast food restaurant attendants would be as nice as she was!
Watch your credit and debit cards. Best to use cash. At the order sign they said my order was $26.53 cents I got to the window it was $29.53 then the amount changed to $32.00 The person running the register was doing some funny stuff with the card. The person said that the card only had $20.53 on it, which is wrong. They got the manager she said that it did not go through we checked the mobile app we had more than enough in the account did take the money out. We asked for the refund she had to return the money because we showed where the money went out of the account. We refused the food and went to Dairy Queen and had no trouble with the same card. Until they open the dinning room where I can see better what the cashier is doing I will not be back.
The line for the driver through was long and didn't move very fast, but the food was good.
The food was good and the staff was nice but for some reason they are so slow at the drive thru that I almost fell asleep while waiting in line. Should get better whenever they are allowed to let people back inside.
