nice shoes, but after working in them for a year, the sole splits...I have had it happen two times with two different styles
Walked in wearing Chippewas looking for laces, guy behind the counter told me they don't sell laces but supply them to people who have bought boots there, he then gave me a pair of laces free of charge and told me to keep him in mind for my next boot purchase. I will definitely be doing business here for my next boot purchase. Old school customer service and very friendly.
Spend no less than 300 dollars a year here and now all of a sudden the warranty does not cover the same problems it has for the past 4 or 5 years. Take your money elsewhere.
