The absolute worse bank I ever stopped by. The atm machine stole my brand new card. when I called to ask if I could get it back the man didn’t speak English and told me the ATM shreds any debit card that isn’t from there bank? I’m what? No signs anywhere saying that just a horrible place avoid.
This place is full of people who cannot speak english and not one of them knows what they are actually doing. And now they have the lobby closed and you cannot do any transactions. I will be changing banks to a place where i can actually bank at and get in contact with others. Truly a terrible bank.
The customer service on the phone is very bad. The Manager(Monica Joshi) is very disrespectful and do not have manners to talk to customers. I bank with Santander in a different location, they greet with polite and very kind. Shrewbury location Manager (Monica) is not qualified/fit to be a Manager at Santander
