Couldn’t tell if I was at the circus or a professional banking establishment. Would rather argue with me about how they can’t help me than just help me...... when all I wanted to do was change my name which is only allowed to be done in the branch. Said I needed an appointment and refused to help me but had time to argue with me over the phone for 7 minutes instead of just helping me after customer service told me an appointment wasn’t necessary. A name change most likely takes less than 5 minutes. I’ve always been a huge fan of Bank of America but literally wouldn’t EVER go to this branch ever again. With such poor management I can’t imagine Bank of America continuing to keep this branch open much longer.

One of the best BOA branch out there. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Had recently gone to get some documents notarized but due to changes in policies the branch could not do them. Glinka Stoja went out of her way to help us out and propose alternative ideas to get them done. She gave detailed explanation on why the bank could not notarize the documents.nnIt’s not what a business can or cannot do for you, but how they make a customer feel. The staff at this branch are top notch and know how to treat a customer, they genuinely work on trying to help them out.

This place is awful. Rude, understaffed, many tellers barely speak English, and the management is almost nonexistent

I had an appointment to open an account and they were closed. No courtesy to give a call and inform people of the cancellation. Waisted my time driving over to them. They don’t have proper customer service.

Bad experience, the manager didnt help me in nothing, it is the worst, I am waiting 3 months to receive a response !!!
