Dakota...Dakota....DakotanHe was fantastic-helped me pick out my new frames and was honest! Jen also helped. I was fortunate that they had my prescription in stock and 1 1/2 hours later I had my new glasses. I was even able to donate my old pair.nThank you Dakota and Jen for making my appointment, exam and new glasses so easy.
Everything was great staff member approached me straight away. Had good advice and helped me select my frames with ease. Normally takes forever.
Dr. Patel was great (I give him a 5 star)! However, the optician (older man) was pushy and rude. He did not respect the idea that I wanted to double check with my mom regarding whether or not I should purchase non-glare lenses for an additional 100+. He basically was mocking my mom with his hand as I was on the phone with her, which is unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend getting your glasses through lenscrafter at the Auburn mall.
Dean did a great job, very well run store. Very happy.
Optometrist was good. Front desk crew not good. Poor attitudes, poor customer service. They need to be sent to training on how to deal with customers who are spending crazy money for glasses. The only reason I went there was they were the only one who took my insurance. I'll be going back to Walmart, yes Walmart. They were great there.
