The individual I worked with before I decided to shift my regular service was the best person I had in my four year experience. Justin was quite efficient and knew his product. In my greater experience with this office I have had about six service people in the four years. New faces every time I go in. If you want continuity of service you should not go here.nnI had a bad experience in trying to get a replacement hearing aid for the one I lost. They claimed it was discontinued and I would have to buy a new one or a new set. Wrong. I went to a Miracle Ear in Florida across from my second home and they took the time to find one still available. Saved a few thousand dollars. Also, the apparent office manager (Auburn office) tried to put the new car sales rush on me to buy two replacements. This was not appreciated.nnFinally their $300+ program per year for continued care after your initial warranty is a rip off. You get a few new hearing aids every month and nothing more than a hole in your pocket. The continued service is a part of the original purchase. It certainly did not cover a new hearing aid!
They offer the service they describe. But the hearing aids are very expensive. They provide good adjustment services. But the aids are expensive.

This company continues to send mailers even after requesting to be removed from their mailing list. Great use of our natural resources!
