Had what I wanted and was very surprised they had it in stock. Great intuitive worker who knew what he was talking about.
The store is good but ordering online and pick-up in store was not so good, I placed an order for 2 items at 4:30pm and at 7:30pm I hadn't heard from them so I went to the store and the two girls working had no idea I placed an order, the girl asked me what time I placed my order so I said 4:30pm and she looked at her coworker and said ya that's why, I have no idea what that meant but sometimes people place orders online because there not feeling well so hopefully they get a better system.
Great as always- associates are very helpful, the store is immaculate, and the selection is vast!
Amanda is a first rate service person. If you look up service in the dictionary, her picture is there. She remembers me every time I go in. She is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She is the reason I go to the Auburn store.
Thw staff are pleasant and very informational
