Store closed 45 minutes early. There was children crying in the parking lot because they got kicked out. Sad part is I was planning in buying several pairs of expensive shoes. What a shame. Didn't need those horrible scenes in my head now trying to sleep.
Very well stocked and recovered for the holidays. Everyone was in compliance with the mask requirement and it was not overcrowded.
Lil pricey but if you don't mind spending the bread this place is on point! They just reopened due to corona virus closing them down and they got some fresh shoes in stock especially the Jordan's. My favorite clothing store in Worcester. Got all my favorite clothes like Tommy Hilfiger, Kappa, Champion, Polo Ralph Lauren, Adidas ext.

Young kids working there appeared to be more interested in the back room than customers. We had to find and ask someone for help with sneakers. ....and he barely said a word to either of us. We went home and bought online from another dealer. The sneakers arrived in 2 days & fit great. I will not be dealing with Ellen's again.
