Visited here while on vacation and was very impressed. Thom was an awesome and helpful staff member. Helped me make smart and educated decisions on how to care for my fish and aquarium! Fish seemed well cared for and Thom seemed very passionate about their job. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!!!

Cause I heard about this place this morning and had to pay them a visit. Sort of like a Phantom gourmet and boy wouldn’t experience did I have it’s in the process of being built up inventory is absolutely fabulous. They have things that you don’t see any other place. And especially in sizes you just don’t see in your average pet shop. The staff is wonderful

I can’t say enough positive things about Lucky’s and the entire staff there. As a first time aquarium owner, and new to the fish game- I made some mistakes that unfortunately resulted in fish death. Dylan, the owner gave me the best customer service I could have imagined! He really cared, & gave me a store credit for the fish I had purchased. This isn’t an invitation to go buy fish, kill them and expect a refund. This is to share the positive learning experience I’ve had through the entire process. Dylan took the time to work with me, and get my tank up and running, stocked and successful. Every person there is so knowledgeable, and truly love what there doing. Small business all the way!! I’ll never buy fish anywhere else. This the place to go!

The staff at Lucky's Aquarium is so helpful and knowledgeable. I went to them after I had gone to a famous aquarium store that's a 40 minute drive away from where we live in the Worcester area. The other store had good reviews but the people were busy and were not able to take the time to help me with questions I had -my experience at Luckys Aquarium was night and day -they took the time to answer my questions, by phone, in person and also by Facebook messenger. They know all the science of aquarium maintenance, actually talked me out of buying things they said I wouldn't really need and they have a great variety of exotic fish. My seven-year-old loves going in and looking at all of the creatures. Our family is thankful to have found them and will be using them for our aquarium needs.
