Its clean and the staff care about the store.
Found a great winter jacket here for $30. Have found other great things here as well. Cannot shop in this place without a mask.
One point every one was kind friendly and mostly helpful. Yet the last 3 times I've been i haven't ezprenices any one within customer service skills. Can't find any one to help with question etc and if your lucky enough they are rude as if your bothering them. Miss the pleasant atmosphere. They do keep a clean store
Prices are high to begin with for secondhand donated items. I do like to buy secondhand though to help with the environment.nWith the understanding that dressing rooms are not available during the pandemic, You would think they would forego their company policy and modify it for these trying times to allow returns for refund. Especially when you spend $35 for a pair of used jeans. This policy is unacceptable for exchange only in a pandemic when you have to go home to try something on.
The staff is really really great. They are so friendly and accommodating. Be warned the dressing rooms are closed so wear clothes that are tight fitting so you can try things on over. As for prices, you can find good deals but watch out. I found a pair of Patagonia pants priced at $45 and when I looked on Patagonias website the pants were on sale for $44... new. not to mention many other things priced at almost retail price for name brand items.
