Best deal for BBQ I’ve ever had, and great execution of KC BBQ. Try the Platter $35 and will easily feed 6 200lb men. The deserts are phenomenal. Loved the sausage, and the brisket the most. Don’t understand how they give so much meat for the price. Easily worth twice the value. The Mac n Cheese, the BBQ beans, and Potato Salad are certified amazing. Great service, nice atmosphere. Their house bbq sauces may be the best I’ve ever had.

Great smoked food. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly and helpful waitresses. But, in all honesty horrible Texas toast. Texas toast is Texas bread which is thicker than normal bread either heated up or toasted with seasoning either butter and garlic or butter and spices. Not bread rolls that are buttered and toasted. That and the fact that the soda drinks were more expensive than anywhere else in Fairbanks... owned by Odom ... hmmm what gives will go. All and all very good food

Holy Brisket! This is the one place I definitely recommend when coming into Fairbanks. Not an easy one to accidently discover as it is off the main path. If you're in town, enjoy the best BBQ in Fairbanks.

We ordered the pig out platter and the chicken was tasteless, the pulled pork was dry, the brisket was dry and tasteless. The sausage was not fully cooked but the ribs were mildly edible. The red beans and rice were way too salty and the after taste tasted like dish soap. Even the shirley temple that was ordered was gross. Don't waste your money!
