Room was very nice, clean, comfortable and easy to get to activities near by.nThe Best was Elizabeth A, BEA sent things I forgot & my roommate forgot in the room to our next destination. We were with Princess Cruises and very much appreciated this extra service!
Great spacious rooms, very clean, good location and free shuttle to downtown. Very accommodating staff. The grounds and flowers were kept beautifully. Would definitely stay at this property again.
Beautiful establishment. Clean, stylish, quiet rooms. The restaurant is very good. Nothing negative to say. We're here through a Princess cruise tour and couldn't be happier with the selection! Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The express shuttle service was better than we could have hoped for! Nature walk was incredible and you HAVE to see the vintage car museum!! Best I've seen! Hope we can come back again!!
Arrived at 3am with a bus full of stranded tourists to the hotel. They were waiting to help us all find a room; clean, updated and a somewhat warm breakfast. Thanks Bear Lodge for the accommodations!
Big rooms, generally comfortable, short ride to anyplace in town. Front desk staff wasn't terribly responsive when we had TV and AC issues. Dated decor. Avoid the on-site restaurant.
