Pretty good place for pet grooming and prices are reasonable and staff seem nice.nnOnly thing this is I called on Monday 2/15 and Tuesday 2/16 and grooming department finally called back today 2/18..I have 3 dogs so you have to call to schedule an appointment.nnNot sure if grooming department has anyone working there or not but I was tired of calling.nnI ended up going to Petsmart and spending money there.nnI'll try again in the future.
They always have what I need. Sometimes you have to wait for an associate, but that means their busy. Always friendly.
It's like most under staffed chain stores. Had a hard time finding what I was looking for. Finding someone to help me was even harder. I'm dealing with a broken foot and a bad shoulder. Staff didn't offer to ( help me put the 50 lb bag of food into my car. I've been going to my local pet store. The food I buy is expensive. I thought it would be cheaper at Petco as it turned out It was more expensive. So due to the poor service and the cost I'll stick to my local pet store. I will say this though It seemed that the people that were picking up their pets from being groomed were happy with what they got.
Staff is wonderful and accommodating, and they are always willing to help. I take my husky here to get groomed once a month because the groomers are so wonderful and know how to take care of her. As for the product, a little pricey, but they have a good range between low end to high quality pet food. They have a dog training area at this facility as well.
Employees are friendly and very helpful. Darrell helped me order online the bird food pellets I needed. I used to be able to buy it in-store but you no longer carry it which is inconvenient for me but I always get great help from the employees.
