Always friendless service and less time standing in lines. Wide variety for all. Spoke with an Associate who was delighted to answering all my questions regarding to dog training...good job PETCO!!! TEN STARS ALL THE WAY!!!
Some of the workers are a little lack luster. The dog trainer people are amazing though. Grooming staff could be a little more gentle with the pets too...just saying.
Petco is notorious for taking poor care of their animals. However, the staff at this Petco are incredibly friendly and helpful. All of the reptiles I've purchased at this location are perfect health and are still alive.
If I could put no stars I would. So I just had a trip to Petco spent over $100 went home I live five minutes away check my dog collar realize I had bought one too big went back to The store to exchange it for a smaller one and to return a leash that I bought to match. So they won’t exchange the red stuff I bought for the black ones and they won’t even give me a return nothing anything so now I’m stuck with a collar that slips right off my dogs neck and a leash that doesn’t match anything. So now I guess I’m post to wait around until they except returns or exchanges and wait to get my $50 back. I am not going back there I would rather spend my money somewhere else.
Always a great place, only because I got to see some of my son's coworkers.
