Unleashed by Petco

This is an ok pet supply store. It's not as good as Nature's Pet (a 2 minute drive away) in terms of product selection or customer service. However, it's fine if the products you're looking for are common and widely available.

Unleashed is outstanding in customer service. Everytime I go in they ask if they can help with anything. They dont just point you in that direction they take you there and describe the different products and sizes and how it fits or the different types of food or treats that might be something your pet could benefit from. One time when I needed a new collar and tag holders the woman who checked me out was nice enough to help me change all the tags over to the new collar and put all the holders on for me. And it was not easy! it was close to closing and she took time to do that. I did not get her name but I hope she will read this and know how much I appreciated that.

Well the little girl that was working was very courteous very kind and respectful and very helpful and when I get a service like that I always go back keep up the good work
