Although they do have a wide variety of products for all sorts of pets, it is after all just your usual corporate pet store. They don't specialize in any specific thing, and it definitely doesn't have that warm and inviting feeling. I would suggest going to your neighborhood Pet Market if you need one-on-one attention. Although they do have pet grooming as well, so if you're in need to get Rovers face shaved go ahead and head in there.

Everything was sweet the service level of help I got Stafford super friendly to me and my family the only thing that it was lacking was many items were on the website but when I went to the store physically those items are not available and it is very inconvenient to order stuff when I just want to pick it up from the store otherwise I had a wonderful experience I got a beautiful aquarium of fish that are happy and they all come from that store and my kids love it I can't wait to go again I just hope they have the filters and stuff that I actually need so yeah almost perfect maybe just make sure your stock matches the web that's all I would say

Went here and was completely ignored. I've been keeping fish for many years and know what I'm doing when it comes to them. I was sold a sick fish that died within 24 hours.

Friendly staff, and they answered all questions without a hesitation, and if they did not know, they would quickly get someone who did know about the specific pet product I bought. My experience at the Eugene Petco couldn't have been better, and will definitely be going back to this location in the future.
